How does it work?
The online course content allows you to learn and progress at your own pace. While the one-on-one sessions with Dr. Tobi Schmidt allow you to identify your health goals and develop an individualized action plan.
Upon enrolling you will gain access to the introductory and Step 1 sections of the program. Each of the remaining steps will become available to you every two weeks.
Why not all at once? A little at a time helps you prevent information overwhelm AND keeps you from skipping ahead before you're ready. You don't have to master each step before moving to the next but it helps to have an understanding before moving on.
I'm offering you 8 full one-on-one sessions within the first 4 months to provide you with motivation and incentive to complete the online content in a timely manner.
In addition, you will get 4 more one-on-sessions that you may use anytime within the first year. These are a great opportunity to get help with road blocks, get insights into issues you may be having or just check-in!
The program includes resources and tools to support your plan, along with self-assessment tools.
